I remember ten years ago when the tragedy of 9/11/2001 occured. I was just getting to work and we heard the news. All we could do is pray and look to the Lord for answers and encouragement for not only those directly affected because of a loved one in the line of fire...but for our nation and entire world. It seems like since then many have been living in a state of fear. What does the Lord say about fear in His Word, the Bible? "Fear not, I am with you, be not dismayed I am your God. I will uphold you, I will strengthen you with my righteous right hand." --Is. 41 10. If we come to that realization deep down in our souls, totally putting our trust in the Lord can keep us wise, but not paralized by fear. Wise in that we can be watchful, but not fearing moment by moment.

My encouragement to you is to read God's word. Delve into it and discover all the wonderful Scriptures that remind us to "Fear Not!"
